I know I hear the groans. No he has brought out the fancy Rence again. Yes I have because while hopefully I still have your attention. I feel I need to again ask for your help.

The good news as you have read is the caste continues. The bad news is we now have only 34 active caste members. This is the lowest membership count that I have ever known for this caste. Our last election was decided by 8 maximum muns. only 10 votes were received. The projects we voted in were decided by even fewer. These numbers are dismal considering as recent as last year we had around 150 active members.

I tacked on another question with the last election, this was either ignored, or an excuse was given as to why they had no clue of how to make this caste better. The current high council has worked hard to try to keep the general membership informed as to what is happening in the caste. We have a newsletter that we work hard to keep current. You also have a high council that if you asked will answer any question you ask them. Well enough with the preaching.

Now for the challenge I have for all of you. First off we need to build up the active membership. Second and it might go with the first we need everyone looks at this caste. How we do everything, and come up with suggestions on how to improve the caste. All suggestions will be looked at to see if they are 1. doable, and 2. Will they improve the caste.

So please step up a little more get involved with the caste, and help us improve it to make it the best caste on Gor.
