Despite all the odds set against them, Dylan Barbarak and Emilee Callaghan renewed their contract of companionship. May there soon be new blood born into the caste.

We of the caste wish to welcome Tisha Caelius

to our ranks. She completed her training several moons ago. The editor offers her apologies for not announcing it sooner.

Congratulations are in order! Two of our esteemed council have been companioned!

Lady Aislinn Rae is companion to Draydon Auster and Zsa Dove

is companioned to Solanius Maetra.  All are of the city of Esalinius.

Last, but not least, let us offer our congratulations to our caste scribe, Faylinn Callaghan, for her companionship to Arthur of Ar, the Administrator of Esalinius.

From the Seventh Chair, Lady Aislinn Rae

Tal and greetings, Soon the faire will be open. I am looking for volunteers to help me with opening the medical tent so we can schedule certain people for times to cover and host it. If you have any slave needing training to be a healer registered as a slave healer please contact me. The RGCP Council has had ships donated to us, we are currently working on a few ideas for traveling to cities with no Physicians, arranging host cities for Social Gatherings for RGCP as well as opening medical training center located for all to use when needed. There will be an upcoming vote asking the opinion of caste members for banner ideas that the RGCP will use on tarn baskets and ship sails.

Upcoming Teaching & Training Opportunities

I am excited about the upcoming training opportunities that are being proposed. The centrally located Medical School will be a blessing where I hope to find many of our mentors working with our interns. Faylinn has worked hard on updating the roster and the process is ongoing. Thank you to those that have responded to her missives.

More information will be forth coming as times and dates are still being determined.

In the meantime, if any are interested in helping Lady Aislinn Rae in training of the slaves by teaching a class, they should contact her to set up a date and time.

Policy Proposal Voting Results

All changes in policy must be run through Klan Karrigan and Miska Cina. These two chairs will be responsible for making sure that feedback is recieved and that ballots are issued for voting.

From the Caste Judge, Mariah Burroc

Tal RGCP Caste Members;

Recently it has come to the attention of the council that several of the Caste members have taken it upon themselves to forward mails, logs, issues, outside of the Caste. As well, a few have also been using the mail string for the caste for personal use.

I would ask please, that you all review the RGCP's Website, Green Caste Guidelines , carefully and in depth for both guidelines and rules of conduct. Our guidelines are very clear as to the way in which these matters are handled.

As Judge for the RGCP it is incumbent on me to follow up on any of this type of issue as well as others that may arise. I am well known as an individual that is fair and remains unbiased until I get all of the facts. I am also known as sometimes rather brutal with my decisions if it is deemed necessary.

If there is a question as to a persons behavior in breaking one of the guidelines, you will be asked to clarify it. IF it is justifiable, we will discuss it, but, please keep in mind at the very least, there will be some sort of sanction (punishment). If there is no reason, you will, according to the guidelines quite possibly be removed from the caste.

For clarification I have included the rules of conduct expected by all members of the RGCP below that we are particular concerned about at this time.

Rules of Conduct:

(1) No flaming or mun bashing of fellow physicians allowed. That is petty and immatur

e. Disputes should be settled in an adult manner between the parties, not involving the caste as a whole. The green caste is fourth of the High Castes of Gor. Show respect and honor in all things to your fellow caste members. Members found to be causing dissension and/or trouble making will be promptly removed from the caste. If the mun has more than one character in the RGCP, the severity of the infraction may result in the removal of all characters of that mun.

(2) There is no reason for the RGCP to involve anyone outside of the caste in caste business. Anyone found discussing matters of pertinence outside the RGCP will promptly be removed from the caste.

(3) We are trying to make sure that physicians are fairly represented in Gor. Please respond to mailings and be active in the caste. An active caste is a strong caste!

(4) When mail is sent by a chair, it should be read and responded to if appropriate. Deleting of caste mail is greatly frowned upon. It happens accidentally, but repeatedly deleting will result in removal from the mail string.

(5) Caste mail strings MAY NOT be used for personal use. Anyone doing so may be removed from the list of registered physicians, depending on the severity of the infraction.

I thank each one of you individually for your time and careful attention in regards to these issues.

o longer be recognized as a healer by those of the RGCP.

Esteemed RGCP members,

In the matter of Cherish Dark. Cherish is no longer affiliated with the RGCP upon her written resignation. It should also be noted that the RGCP is in no way affiliated with, nor does it support, the RPCoG. And hereby states they are two separate entities.

Cherish Dark will no longer be able to return to the RGCP unless or until such time as there is a formal hearing which will not guarantee her acceptance back into the caste and at which time she will be under review for breaking 4 (four) of the 5 (five) tenets/guidelines for our healers.

The charges are listed below and are substantiated by mails sent and logs of conversations.

1.) No Flaming or mun bashing of fellow physicians allowed. "Disputes should be settled in an adult manner between the parties, not involving the caste as a whole"

Cherish by sending a letter to the chairs instigated an investigation based on assumptions and through mail to the chairs with out proof or facts. To do this is seen as flaming and or bashing in the matter concerning I Dark Seraphim aka Dylan. Logs outdated and unsubstantiated were used without due diligence to another caste member.

2.) There is no reason to involve others outside of the RGCP in Caste Business. Anyone found discussing matters of pertinence outside the RGCP will promptly removed from the caste.

Cherish Dark approached members outside of the caste in sending out logs of a separate incident in question. It was taken to the head of the house, Zanek Dakken, House Thassan Fury of PK, where the physician in question (Dylan) reviewed a log by an intern that was a member of his house. This guideline is clear and consice and leaves no room for question.

(3) We are trying to make sure that physicians are fairly represented in Gor. Please respond to mailings and be active in the caste. An active caste is a strong caste!

Due to the actions of Cherish Dark there was no opportunity until after the charges were sent out within the council/to the caste/to those outside of the council and caste in regards to I Dark Seraphim aka Dylan for Dylan to be fairly represented.

5.) Caste Mail Strings may not be used for personal use. Anyone doing so may be removed from the list of registered physicians, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Several times, and on record, Cherish Dark used the caste mail string, either in part or whole for the use of personal mail to go out to members of the caste. And, as stated above in item #1 was in fact used in a way that bashed and inflamed the caste and council. Caste mail is to go through the Caste scribe and be approved before mailing en'mass to the caste is done. This guideline is clear and consice and leave no room for misunderstanding.

Since Cherish Dark knowingly broke 4 (four) of the tenets and two with clear and consice consequences, it is hereby found that Cherish Dark will no longer be recognized as a healer by those of the RGCP.
